Hello SR in Q Light Controller what you have to do is first connect the USB-VL344 interface to the computer wait until it is installed, the open the program and go to Manage then outputs then double click in the line number 1 Universe then open the enttec DMX USB Output and select that, after that the interface will be ready to work if you still have any problem let us know thank you.
Hello Admin, I added the driver at least four time and always said COMPETED but still no response when I connected the GUS USB. Changed USB cable and still no luck !!! I don’t have PC to test this version. Any suggestion? Please help!
Hope you can take one unit and verify it with the Lion 10.7 OSX to see what the problem is !!!

Hello .. can you please tell me the proper polarity of the DMX output pins on the connector .. eg .. is pin 3 (+) dmx signal and pin 2 (-) dmx signal ? or is pin 3 (-) dmx signal and pin 2 (+) dmx signal ? any assitance would be appreciated ! thanks

1. Si quiero trabajarlo por Freestyle, ésta viene para mac?
2. Puedo conectar varios paquetes de luces a 1 sola interface , es decir, 4 parled dmx + 4 mistic led + 2 strober dmx + 2 laser dmx….. y manejarlos como yo quiera por medio del software ???
Si el software Freestyler es gratis pero tambien va una copia en el CD Driver, con una sola interface puede manejar hasta 512 canales de DMX y manejarlos como usted decida por medio del software que tenga un buen dia gracias por visitarnos.

i dont mind using pc DMX software , ive used cuveaht show express, freestyler 3 and martin light jockey. but tbh i cant help prefering my zero 88 fat frog desk. unfortunatly theres not always space for it when on site.

With normal Par cans, you need dimemr packs, which you plug the fixtures into. The Dimmer packs you’d need to work with the My DMX’ are DMX dimemrs (and some will not be reconized by My DMX’), not MicroPlex or MPX. (the Old School way)
Hi. Can this also function as DMX to USB with a simple gender changer? I want to send a DMX signal into the PC so I can use visualization software with my hardware console. Possible? Thanks!

Hola Favian la instalacion es muy simple en todos los Windows desde XP en adelante solo conecta la interface y se instala el driver automatico osea Plug and Play y ya queda lista para trabaja abrir FreeStyler y seleccionar la interface Gus Electronics USB-VL344 y ya esta y podes controlar cualquier equipo de DMX si tiene alguna consulta mas estamos a tu ordenes que tengas un excelente dia.

Buenos dias, quisiera saber cuantos equipos puede soportar sin tener ningún tipo de delay, me han comentado que hasta 10 equipos funciona ok pero que con mas equipos puede tener retraso en la señal. Saludos.
Hola Ezequiel soporta hasta 512 canales de DMX la cantidad de equipos varias dependiendo los canales de cada uno pero no tiene problema de retraso en la señal saludos.
Having problems with this device disappearing (USB dropout), with the only solution being to close the program, replugging the device and then restart the program. Using a Layton with windows vista, running QLC. Any tips?

I have 4 Chaucer light strips, 2 Pulse light strips all DMX 512. I Daisy chain these and
use a DMC controller at the moment.
Can you explain to me how This would work in it’s place. Some examples of setup would greatly be appreciated.

Hola si compra la interface desde la pagina de Ebay al momento de pagarla cuando elija la direccion del envio se cobrarian los taxes de CA el tiempo de entrega en California es muy rapido si la compra en dias de trabajo antes de las 11 AM hora de California la puede llegar a recivir al dia siguiente pero para estar seguro el tiempo de entrega es mas o menos 3 dias si el producto lo van a enviar a el Salvador escribame directo a service@guselectronics.com y vemos como hacemos con los taxes gracias.
